The Request
AFC is seeking innovative, readily available solutions for use by the 4th Infantry Division (4ID) beginning in early calendar year 2026. The proposal should provide details on how your solution interacts with third-party MOSA applications, the solution quantities needed for meaningful experimentation, and focus on at least one of the eight capability areas listed below.

Selected companies will demonstrate their technology's ability to operate in a contested air/ground environment and the potential to to interact with the NGC2 ecosystem. The NGC2 ecosystem is a modular, open architecture software platform that will seamlessly connect digital assets, remote sensors, command posts, vehicles, and Soldiers on the ground with real-time information.
