The Problem
Current recovery operations are resource-intensive and present severe risks to recovery teams in contested environments.
Recovery operations can also divert critical combat power when securing and recovering vehicle platforms.

The Opportunity
The Army is seeking information on Unmanned Ground Recovery systems to maintain high operational readiness, enhance operational speed and efficiency and reduce risk to Soldiers. Implementing these solutions will also allow the Army to conduct continuous vehicle and equipment recovery operations.
Topics of interest are:
- Remote or autonomous vehicle recovery
- Automated tracking, dispatching, and logging of recovery missions
- Computer vision and robotics
- Advanced sensor fusion
- Heavy vehicle recovery absent of human intervention
- Recovery systems able to connect into existing Army C2
